Acceptable Use Policy
This policy describes prohibited uses of trAPIoka. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) protects the Service, our customers, and the public. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meanings given there.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- send malware, launch attacks, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of systems you are not authorised to assess;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by overwhelming it with traffic;
- transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or process personal data without a lawful basis;
- circumvent usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
3. Security testing
Authorised security testing of your own configuration is permitted. If you wish to test the Service itself, contact us first to coordinate.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the traffic you route, the upstreams you connect, and the conduct of your users. You must promptly address abuse originating from your account.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this AUP or that threatens the security or availability of the Service. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately to address serious risk.
